My name is Markus Esch, I am a computer scientist working as a post-doctoral researcher in the field of distributed systems at Fraunhofer Institute for Communication, Information Processing and Ergonomics (FKIE).
My main research interests are in the field of unstructured large-scale distributed computer systems. I am especially focusing on statistically-structured peer-to-peer networks and socio-aware distributed communication systems.
- The Paper Decentralized Cluster Detection in Distributed Systems based on Self-Organized Synchronization has been accepted by IEEE SASO 2016, Augsburg, Germany, September 2016.
- I am co-organizing the 4th International Workshop on Self-Adaptive and Self-Organising Socio-Technical Systems (SASO^ST) held at IEEE SASO 2016. Have a look at the calls.
